Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

1. Free Cancellation
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge if done at least 48–72 hours prior to the check-in date (exact window based on the room type or booking terms).

2. Last-Minute Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

3. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive and does not cancel in advance, it will be considered a no-show.
In such cases, 100% of the booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, guests must submit a cancellation refund request form available on our website.
Approved refunds will be Credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
